Learning Analytics at Nixon University

Nixon University is a pioneer in online education and strives to bring in the most effective and innovation teaching techniques to students all over the world. In this way, the University makes sure that its students are exposed to the latest developments in teaching and education and do not miss out on any integral part of their education.

Recently Nixon University has introduced the system of learning analytics as part of its assessment methodology.  Learning analytics is a system whereby the results of assessments are gathered together to identify how effective they are and to identify and troubleshoot the problem areas. For example, presentations might be difficult for some students for any reason and therefore may not be as effective for them as classroom lectures learning analytics will help them to identify this issue and then the concerned personnel can work out a feasible solution.

Learning analytics will also help Nixon University determine the collective level of understanding a student has in response to each teaching and pedagogical tool (e.g. lectures, workshops, presentations). Such a system will keep the process of education effective, in that only those tools which reap positive results will be enforced while all others will be discontinued.

Since the introduction of learning analytic at Nixon University, the educational systems have been revamped to a considerable extent. More emphasis has been placed on presentations and activities that focus on student-teacher interaction and help solve confusions more easily in the least possible amount of time.
A lot of universities implement learning analytics in their systems for the purpose of testing how effective their faculty and pedagogical tools are, this shows their commitment to imparting quality education to their students and making quality human resources of them. Nixon University stands by the same mission of world class education for all and is continuously updating its systems and processes to keep up with the changes in the world.
