2.       Focus: Follow the list. Check your list every hour to evaluate how productive you have been the last hour. The aim of this exercise is to help you re-focus on the tasks you prioritized, filtering out the distractions.

3.       Review: At the end of every day, review your list to find out how productive have you been today to check and mark your success on the right lines. This should help you for a better tomorrow.

Use of products containing chlorofluorocarbons, like aerosol sprays, are also on the rise and with the increase in population, more and more people are using these products.

The thinning of the ozone layer has caused several climatic and environmental problems for the planet. Several areas of the world now have longer and hotter summers. Glaciers and icecaps have started melting at accelerated rates, causing water levels of oceans, seas and river s to rise around the world.
